Jen Krum, a proud fifth-generation resident of the Gallatin Valley, leads our agency with a lifelong commitment to compassion and service. Her journey in healthcare began early, when she cared for her beloved great-grandmother—a formative experience that shaped her dedication to helping others.

Since becoming a nurse in 1991, Jen has built a diverse and accomplished career. She is a Certified Dementia Practitioner with experience spanning home health, hospice, dialysis, family practice, emergency, psychiatric, and inpatient medical-surgical nursing. Her eight years as a nurse in the Army Reserve deepened her respect and dedication to those who serve, and she continues to honor that connection through her active involvement with the American Legion and various veterans’ organizations.

Beyond her professional work, Jen remains deeply engaged in her community. She lends her time and leadership to multiple local committees and nonprofit boards, contributing her energy and insight to initiatives that strengthen the Gallatin Valley she calls home.
