I utilized the services of Experience Professional Care Solutions for my father, who had terminal cancer. My father was a war veteran, and Heather from Experience was instrumental in working with the Veterans Administration to set up financial support. The Experience health team assisted my father in numerous ways in his apartment prior to and during hospice care. Communicating with Experience during my father's care was very straightforward, which was important since his health care needs changed over time. I would say my only regret was not initiating care services for my father by Experience earlier, as I did not realize how broad and helpful the services would be.

I recently signed on with this company to provide home care for my dad who is 98 and in assisted living. I have been very pleased with everything so far. The caregivers have been excellent and appear to be carefully chosen by management based on the kind of qualities needed for this challenging work. They show up on time, do all of the tasks in his care plan, provide companionship and entertainment for him. Most importantly, I trust them. Management has been very responsive and easy to work with. They have a very professional attitude and comprehensive plan to ensure my dad gets the care that he needs. One last thing to mention: despite a couple of hiccups the first week, the team quickly addressed them. I did not have to chase them down or remind them. Once I brought it to their attention, they took care of it. That’s the sign of a great organization. In particular, Aspen has been an extra special caregiver. She does a wonderful job and goes above and beyond to care for my dad and keep him safe.

I reached out to Experience in hopes they could advise me with resources for my dad that resides in another state. They were extremely helpful! I even received a text checking to see if I needed any assistance while I navigated through the information that was given to me. Even though I wasn't able to use their services, here locally, I felt they had a sincere interest in helping my family in such a difficult time!

When we first contacted [Experience] to help take care of my father, who had recently been diagnosed with bone cancer, my hope was that his caregivers simply be reliable and respectful - that they show up on time, be professional, and treat my father with dignity. The caregivers at [Experience] absolutely exceeded my expectations. The staff was unfailingly kind and attentive to my dad. As his symptoms worsened, he needed an increasing level of care. The staff rose to meet his changing needs and continually inspired confidence. The final week before my father passed was one of the most challenging periods of my life. The care and support that [Experience] provided was invaluable. I don't think I will ever be done thanking them.

Hospice of Bozeman referred us to [Experience] to expand care for our father at a critical point when he would not have been able to remain in his apartment otherwise. They responded within hours and provided totally reliable, professional, devoted care for the rest of his life. The senior managers were always available, and extremely flexible and responsive to our father's and our changing needs, including respectfully coordinating with other agencies, even when this was inconvenient. The caregivers were almost all young, but extremely kind, generous and responsible. They provided care "above and beyond," including reading him poetry and helping him go out shopping, as well as increasingly intensive personal care with great respect for his dignity. As a physician myself, I know the seamless, dependable, excellent services they provided only happen with great training, staffing and supervision. My brother, sisters and I are grateful to Jen Krum and her staff at [Experience]. We would recommend their services to anyone.

We got to experience the care of some amazing providers with [Experience] while my aunt was sick. These wonderful women became a real part of the family. They made it possible for my aunt to spend her last days at home, comfortable and at peace. They go the extra mile and are an amazing company , I cannot say enough good about [Experience]!!

Marv and I worked with Jen Krum ([Experience]) for several weeks. She was confident, accommodating, and detail oriented. We looked forward to her weekly visits because she was both a skilled professional and a delightful person. She was patient and knowledgeable as she taught and reviewed the procedures related to Marv's trial drug administration and Hickman port care. As retired educators we give her a grade of A+.

I worked for [Experience] for a year after college to gain some additional experience in healthcare. The following is somewhat long, but I hope it will provide a clear picture of their organization. Their starting wage was generous, they provided more than ample training so that I felt confident in my first patient interactions, they were very flexible with my schedule, and I felt like I was making a positive difference in the lives of the people under my care. The owners of [Experience] also did a great job in matching caregivers with patients, which demonstrates the effort they spend getting to know the specific needs and personalities of the caregivers, patients, and families, and made me more effective in my care. Sometimes the work could be challenging, but I always felt well-supported in my role and caring for others was immensely rewarding. The owners led by example and didn't leave others to do the hardest work -- they were often involved directly in the care of patients. My coworkers were supportive, hard-working, and conscientious as well. I felt that we were all invested in the larger purpose of our work. I would not be matriculating to medical school this fall without the experiences and skills I built during my time at [Experience]. If you are thinking about a career in healthcare, I highly recommend working here to meet some really cool people, take part in some meaningful work, and interact closely with patients and their families. My brother had back surgery and needed homecare after rehab. Problem was he lived way out from Bozeman and snow was a probable problem. Jen and her staff spent many hours finding a solution in town. Despite many roadblocks and hitches they worked tirelessly to facilitate the plan. In a snowstorm they picked my brother up and delivered him safely with excellent driving to a temporary destination. Jen and the office staff were always courteous, kind and understanding. Their caregivers cheerfully helped my brother and filled all his needs.
